Until the opportunity ended due to lack of funding, I worked alongside my boss to develop a sustainability program for youth and write copy for his nonprofit that helped Native American businesses receive grants.

I loved writing for them my senior year and wished I could have longer, but the position had to end after graduation.

My main priority involved producing online content for their website by turning press releases into articles and creating lists of hotels and restaurants for various destinations. I also proofread the magazine’s feature stories and compiled databases for client mailing lists.
